ABOUT
Virgin Trains launched BEAM 2.0 at the end of 2017 to encourage more customers to enjoy the platform. Working with the lead designer, I prepared extensive marketing materials; including seat-back stickers, auto announcement scripts, business cards, station & onboard posters, CRM emails, digital support, in-station and onboard landing pages, and BEAM pages for the VT site.
