I add value by embedding a human voice into the digital interactions that have replaced human ones, with the aim of making people feel more connected and less alienated.
I prefer to work on projects where I can take a holistic view of a user's experience across whole product or service journeys and create a content strategy that contributes to overall great brand perception.
I've worked in the industry for over 10 years, starting out in copywriting, moving into website editor roles, doing my dues in digital marketing creative and creative strategy before moving into product and service design.
