About me

I am a media graduate with four years of advertising and marketing experience. I have experience in print, email, television and radio advertising.

Since August 2010, I have been working freelance as a Production Assistant for ABF Pictures, specializing in television commercials. My role as a Production Assistant is Office based during pre production and out on location during production.

I worked in Advertising,Promotions and Events for 5th Leisure for over three years.

Duties: Updating club listings, radio advertising with XFM and Spotify, I worked with designers to get artwork to the highest standard, and secured good relations with printing companies to ensure that all promotional material was delivered on time.

I set up advertising contracts with Student Halls of Residences.

I was responsible for the promotions and advertising and the organization of freshers week events for seven years.

I am a member of Manchester Event Volunteers, I volunteer as a steward on large outdoor events.

I have held a First Aid in the Workplace Certificate since May 2004, my current certificate is valid until April 2013.

I enjoy creative writing including short films and poetry.

I am very organized and enjoy planning parties for friends, family and local student halls.
