Concept
A collection of original animal illustrations inspired by wildlife, nature and imaginative storytelling. I wanted each animal to feel like a character with its own personality and small world, combining natural subjects with a gentle, whimsical atmosphere.

Execution
Each artwork was created by hand using traditional media, primarily acrylics and oil pastels. I combined expressive animal characters with botanical details, atmospheric settings and playful narrative elements, developing a recognisable visual style that can translate across publishing, greeting cards, licensing and other illustrated products.

Results
The collection brings together a growing body of original animal artwork under Heartbeat Studio, demonstrating character illustration, traditional painting, nature illustration and visual storytelling across a range of subjects and settings.
