The brief was to provide a contemporary and sophisticated luxury-on-a-budget
brand for the revamped Mollie’s - with interiors designed by Soho House. Mollies’
is a special place, where rush meets cool Americana ease in an inclusive but
sleek, serene and subtle space. They offer a new perspective on the roadside
cafe, with drive-thru or fresh, cooked food in the diner and a good night’s sleep.
