VCCP Berlin was founded in 2008 with rented desks and private laptops to start serving O2 Germany as our main client, with the added vision of setting up an international creative agency working out of Berlin, Europe’s most transformational city. Just like our London HQ, the agency is based on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration, with everything centred on ideas rather than channels. This is why VCCP Berlin has grown from a small lead agency with one big client to a shop with a broad portfolio of German, European and global clients. Today, we create work that is as diverse as the 60+ people working in our Kreuzberg office with half of them having an international background. Today VCCP has over 650 employees in 5 different locations (Berlin, London, Sydney, Prag and Madrid). It belongs to the Chime Communications PLC Networks.
