Despite the fact the nearly all of us will be affected in one way or another, cancer can be the loneliest place. Our latest brand campaign for Macmillan Cancer Support builds on this idea, and the charity’s proposition that no one should face cancer alone.

‘Blizzard’, which launched this week, features David feeling lost and alone, dealing with cancer in his lonely place, a harsh snowy landscape. A Macmillan nurse appears asking, “Are you OK?”, her voice bringing him back to the present time and place. This small gesture of concern visibly comforts him and represents all of the Macmillan services in place to support those dealing with cancer.

The national, fully integrated campaign is comprised of TV and large scale digital, social and OOH. It is also supported by an online hub; The Source, which is full of great tips and inspiration to encourage people to reach out to someone they know with cancer.
