About me
This is me. Valery. A professional daydreamer. I'm lucky to have lived many of my dreams in the real world. I've lived on a Caribean island, studied screenwriting in New York, did theatre in Antwerp and I've travelled the world as a flight attendant, based in the Middle East.
Even when I was travelling, I was always creating stories and writing articles. About that local family in the mountains of Iran. About the disappearing jungle in Madagascar. Tribes in Malaysia or about a wedding I've attended in India.
That's also where I stuck around a little bit. Where I took my yoga teacher training and where I discovered what pure freedom really is.
Whether I spend my days drawing, writing pages full of poetry or doing theatre.. there's always something to create. Because in the end, I always wonder... what's the point of living your dreams, if you're not telling anyone about it
