About me

Valentina is Deputy Executive Creative Director at Caffeina, one of the fastest-growing independent Italian agencies in recent years. She made her way here via Publicis, BBDO and FCB Milan. Today she teaches a course in an advertising school, is a board member of the Italian Art Directors Club and the co-founder of SheSays Milan, part of the global network for women in the creative industry. Over her last 16 years in advertising, her work has been recognized at several advertising awards. And she has taken part in many international juries, as The One Show and Cannes Lions.

When she's not frantically typing on her keyboard, she tries to keep plants alive and plays with Matilde and Ludovica, her two baby girls.
