Concept

Academator is an AI-powered education platform designed to support GCSE-age students. UX Academy students evaluated the live product to identify usability issues and opportunities to improve the learning experience.

Execution

The team tested the platform with one private tutor and three 15-year-old students. Across two rounds of testing, they mapped the customer journey, developed hypotheses, created wireframes and produced a prototype based on the findings.

Results

The project delivered a tested prototype and practical recommendations for improving navigation, lesson progress, questions, the course dashboard and the leaderboard experience.
