The MTV Kpop ID has very interesting attributes that me and my partner, Wei Qi can play around with. This is our first time doing a channel ID. However, the attributes from Kpop music industry is being portrayed into several elements which we were deeply inspired to use in our project.

We thought of breaking down what we see in the overall package. At the end, we came up with 4 words which could describe the feeling of what the overall package delivers.These 4 words are as follows:

1.) Strength - in terms of its competitive nature in music industry.
2.) Flexibility - in terms of the flexibility in fashion and music style.
3.) Electrifying/Energitic - in term of performance/show.
4.) Fashion - the integration of fashion in music is a huge trademark in the KPOP music industry.

This leads to our main concept of the Channel ID for KPOP MTV which is using elements and color to integrate with the 4 words which describes the KPOP music industry.

1.) Strength - metal - red
2.) Flexibility - water - blue
3.) Electrifying/Energitic - electric/smoke - yellow
4.) Fashion - shiny/smooth metal - purple

Thus, combining all of these together will create the element, KPOP.
