The concept of 'The Story of The Roses' is a set of horror action-driven story-lines involving a former member of the C.T.C Unit, Stacey Anderson who was wrongfully shot yet she cheated death and gained super powers due to the exposure of the chemicals on to the bullet wounds. Throughout the stories as they go on, Stacey would be known as Scarlet. Also, she would be joined by her sister, Diane who is a actress who would also gain the same superpowers but different. Both have close allies in Trey Clarke who she knew from her CTC days along with the stealth ninja, Hiro and Lieutenant Terry Marshall from S.W.A.T Shield.
