About us

U LA LA is a creative project management company specialising in the delivery of experiential, event, and audiovisual projects for brands, agencies, and cultural organisations.

We support projects that involve multiple stakeholders, disciplines, and working environments, providing structure and oversight from early concept through to delivery. Our role is to manage the layers of a project — aligning teams, timelines, and expectations — so that creative ideas can be realised reliably and responsibly.

Founded and led by Project Director and Executive Producer James Stewart, U LA LA brings over two decades of experience working across brand, agency, and production contexts. This background allows us to operate comfortably between creative ambition and operational reality, particularly on projects that require careful coordination, international collaboration, or extended production timelines.

U LA LA has delivered work across fashion, luxury, sport, and culture, collaborating with international teams across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and South America. We work closely with clients, creatives, and production partners, taking responsibility for delivery while maintaining a practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach throughout the process.
