ABOUT

Description
TWI worked with St Nicholas C of E Primary School, part of Vine Schools Trust, to transform the school’s visual identity across print and digital communications. Through thoughtful design, strong imagery and a deep understanding of the school’s character, the project helped create a brand presence that feels professional, engaging and full of personality.

Brief
St Nicholas needed a visual identity that could speak to pupils, parents, staff and the wider school community with equal clarity and warmth. The design needed to feel high quality and credible, while remaining accessible, child-friendly and true to the school’s own story, culture and values.

Summary
TWI developed a creative approach that used imagery, layout, colour and storytelling to bring the school’s communications to life. From printed materials to digital assets, the work created a more consistent and confident visual experience for every audience.

The design approach balanced professional polish with warmth and accessibility, helping pupils recognise and connect with the school brand while giving parents and the wider community a clear sense of the school’s identity. By taking time to understand the school’s history, culture and personality, TWI created communications that felt distinctive to St Nicholas while still sitting comfortably within the wider Vine Schools Trust family.

Successes
The project transformed the way St Nicholas presents itself across key communication channels. It gave the school a stronger, more engaging visual identity that pupils, parents and the community could connect with, helping to build pride, recognition and a greater sense of belonging. The work also demonstrated how high-quality school design can be both creative and accessible, appealing to children while still feeling credible and polished for adult audiences.
