Objective: The aim of this project was to create a series of recruitment videos for Bede Gaming, designed to highlight the company’s vibrant culture, diversity, and career opportunities. The videos needed to appeal to potential candidates by showcasing Bede Gaming as an innovative, inclusive, and fulfilling place to work.

Approach: The project consisted of multiple deliverables, including:

1 Culture Film (2-4 minutes): A video designed to give a comprehensive overview of Bede Gaming's workplace culture.
3 Snappy Case Studies (60 seconds each): Short-form videos focusing on individual employees' personal career journeys.
Additional Social Content: Bite-sized clips optimised for social media platforms, capturing key moments from the interviews and B-roll.
Creative Execution:

Interviews: We conducted interviews with employees both in-person (Newcastle office) and remotely (Canada and Bulgaria offices), highlighting their unique career stories and experiences at Bede Gaming.
Dynamic Visuals: The videos incorporated dynamic shots, including staged setups, self-shot footage, and office B-roll to create a sleek yet relaxed aesthetic. We also used colouramas and lighting rigs to give the visuals a polished, professional look.
Behind-the-Scenes Feel: To convey authenticity, we blended office environment shots with cameos from the camera crew, reinforcing the sense of transparency and openness within the company.
Challenges: Coordinating remote interviews with staff across different countries presented logistical challenges, as we needed to ensure consistency in quality and tone between the in-person and remote footage.

Outcomes: The recruitment videos successfully portrayed Bede Gaming as a dynamic and inclusive workplace, using employee testimonials and creative visuals to appeal to potential candidates. The Culture Film and case studies were praised for their sleek production and ability to communicate the collaborative, tech-driven environment at Bede Gaming.

The campaign helped boost recruitment efforts, attracting a wide range of applicants who resonated with the company's values and culture.
