The Ogbo brand and packaging was one of the mos interesting projects I made and the first one for the US market.
It started with the naming. We needed a short catchy word, preferebly with no meaning whatsoever. It turned out it was a Nigerian word related to longevity and wisdom... Sweet, right?
It was decided to design a basic packaging set and bet on production detail. Spot UV varnishing applied to the ogbo logo outline and background pattern and custom diecut.
