The masters in Ergonomics at Loughborough University helped me to develop high-level research skills also practical skills in different areas than product development. Examples of modules I took were Health Effects of Environmental Stressors; Disability, Ageing and Inclusive Design; Data Collection and Analysis. The master opened a world of possibilities that lead me to a Ph.D. Apart from my thesis, my final project resulted in the development of 4 personas intended to the walking aid industries, so stakeholders can better understand the different user groups needs and wants, and its implications on the design of new walking aids.
