I am the owner of an executive search consultancy called Tru Recruitment. Prior to joining the exciting world of recruiting, I had an extensive career in advertising and marketing on both the client and agency side. I rose the ranks in account management and was very close to the creative process, and I learned the ropes of these industries on the front lines.

I decided to take a different and exciting route when I entered the world of recruiting in 2010, and I realized this was my true calling. I ran a full desk for the next 3+ years at a boutique search consultancy in Manhattan and established an extensive network of candidates and clients in both the New York and Boston area.

Led by my entrepreneurial spirit and love of new challenges, I launched my own executive search consultancy called Tru Recruitment. As the name signifies, I operate with complete truth, transparency, and trust in everything that I do and believe that these values must be upheld during every stage of the sea
