Michael Lindsay from 16oz shot this amazing title sequence for the feature documentary 'Spiked: the hunt for the Covid origins' and asked me to do the Sound Design and Music. His brief was it had to be a 'Feverdream'. Did Covid originate from a lab leak or was in from the Wuhan wet markets or from elsewhere in nature? These were the sonic 'possibilities'. Bats, Dogs, Rats, Lab equipment, alarms, panic and fear, all these elements were incorporated to ask those questions. Micheal wanted to steer away from typical title sequence tropes and make something uncomfortable, slightly disturbing but above all - memorable.
