I was briefed by my supervisor who is on a management course to come up with two illustrations which show two outcomes of a Travis Perkins winning and failing as a company. I created the first one with a dying tree with all the partnering companies in the roots of the dying tree, the tree is surrounded by flourishing trees which are labelled with competitor brands. There is head stones by the dying tree encompassing R.I.P to represent the cornerstone value not being adhered too. The second illustration is a role reversal to show an oak tree encompassing all of the partnership companies joined together in a flourishing tree, with a cornerstone with the type upholding values clearly shown to communicate the importance of following company values. The competitors are represented as small trees in comparison to show that they are not a threat.
