Toosuns transformed a detailed architectural miniature into a refined cinematic world.

Developed by Select Group and located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the project is the UAE’s first Six Senses branded residential development. Its architectural narrative draws inspiration from the contours, landscapes, heritage, and progressive spirit of the region.

Our production combined creative direction, miniature and production design, live-action lifestyle imagery, CGI, and high-end post-production to bring the development’s architecture, beachfront setting, landscape, and atmosphere to life.

The campaign also reflected the project’s wellness-led positioning, centred around Six Senses Place—a 60,000-square-foot wellness and lifestyle facility designed to support physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

The result is an immersive luxury property film that allows audiences to experience the vision and lifestyle of Six Senses Residences before stepping inside it.
