Phoenix is a premium business cabin luggage concept developed for Safari Industries, designed to bridge the gap between functionality, refined aesthetics and manufacturing feasibility.

The project explores the complete product development journey—from identifying unmet traveller needs and defining product strategy to industrial design, CMF development, construction detailing, technical documentation and production-ready specifications.

Designed for modern professionals who travel frequently, Phoenix integrates intelligent organisation, durable materials and a minimalist visual language while remaining commercially viable for large-scale manufacturing.
