About me
I started out as a Typesetter using Cora V coding in 1986 galley setting outputting to bromide, moving onto the MAC in 1989 with page make up, I have been a Artworker/Repro Operator for about 24 years. MAC or PC featuring a full range of software Quark, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Distiller, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Working on Magazines - ad setting, then moving to a design for print studio, moving on to a trade repro house, preflighting and imposing for CTP, then moving into a design agency as a DM artworker on a blue chip account, producing fact sheet, Terms and Conditions, Policy Wordings, Letters etc all within brand guidelines.
I have been working as a DM Mac Operator for the past five years. Proficient with tables in Quark and Indesign, can produce data driven graphs in Illustrator taking data from Excel, as well as some retouching in Photoshop.
I have also been working on an International Fashion Brand across 64 Languages, creating OOH large format, POS and in-store Literature, Buses Trams and Trains wraps.
Also working creating packaging for an International Make-up Brand FSDU's, SSU's, Gondola Ends, Headers and EPOS pricing strips.
Unfortunately, I don't really have a digital portfolio, as the companies that I have worked for recently, I would have been in breach of contract for removing company files.
