The Control Tower was undergoing a redesign. One of the main components was allowing the shipper and carriers to see exceptions quickly and easily. We developed this path forward after talking to several carriers and realizing that, at certain times of the day, they only glanced at the screen. The dark mode allowed the colors of the exceptions to stand out effectively.
