Tom's work

Currently working in customer service, looking to move to a more creative role that allows me to use my literary skills and develop them further. Ideally looking to move right out of the customer service sector, but I have picked up plenty of valuable skills, from juggling large volumes of work and managing different duties to improving my interpersonal skills. I hope to have the ability to transfer the lessons learned in my current role to a more fulfilling position.
