About me

I graduated last year in Media and Modern literature from Goldsmiths. I specalised in print journalism and wrote for the college magazine while I was there. Since then I have written articles for a number of sources and spent a brief period as an editorial intern at Disorder Magazine. The possibilty of staying on there for longer came up but the cutting of the future jobs fund meant it was not feasible. I'm currently interning at L_A_N, a fashion,art and technology magazine with an interest in the future. My tasks there are generally to assist in any way that is necesary, from arranging data to researching and conducting interviews as well as helping to expand its profile. I'm due to start writing a vinyl review column as well as other potential features for Mint magazine when it relaunches. However I would like to develop more skills in terms of video work. I'm a keen photgrapher, running an anlogue live music photo blog @ * (sadly not updated as much as it used to be due to a lack of funds to process regularly) & have worked as a runner on a couple of small scale video shoots, holding a boom when needed, carrying equipment and dealing with release forms. Id like to learn more about the production, curation and distribution of video.
