I am an experienced, hard working team leader. I achieve goals and success through motivating staff and encouraging responsibility and self-management. Though I am very methodical, I express as much imagination as possible to address problems or production. Key skills and achievements

- Managed 10+ staff, while running an administration involving the company accounts, invoicing, negotiating purchases and orders. Developed an extensive network of contacts in paper and stationery supplies, printing and specialist reprographic products such as large format colour, specialist laminating, dry mounting and finishing services.

- Developed a fully digital reprographics house. Furnished by Large format Xerox machines, Sharp, Toshiba & Canon High Volume A3 and A4 Mono boxes and Sharp and Canon colour laser printers. As well as complimentary finishing services including wiro and comb binding and encapsulating.

- Networked PC and Apple stand alones to machines for PDF, DWG and Cad production also Fiery output from colour machines. Further to that I developed output systems from CD, DVD, flash memory and email, as well as digital archiving systems.

- Transformed the company fleet to all Smart cars with LPG twin fuel systems to reduce carbon footprint, fuel, tax, insurance costs and 'Congestion charges'.
