Looking to expand my skillset and experiment with visual and narrative ideas, I collaborated with creative friends outside of my usual 9-5 to produce this short fashion film. The jewellery designer behind the brand had never made a film before and so I helped at every stage from scouting the locations, planning shots and storyboarding to assisting her direction of our small crew, shooting b roll footage for cutaways and keeping the production on schedule. In post, I coloured and edited under her direction to produce a 3 minute version of the film for a brand launch event in LES, New York. Subsequently, I created a new edit and presentation of the film as you see here, for online release.
