The new emblem-type logo was designed for Idukki in Kerala, which is amidst the festivities to mark the 50th year of the formation of the district.
The meanings of the logo are:

Green color: Idukki district is a haven of flora and fauna or the lungs of the southern part of India. The dark shade of the green color represents the richness of the greenery and the light green means that the greenery is still maintained. In the time of the golden jubilee, the people of the district are really celebrating the formation of the district. The celebration and soul of the district are connected to each other. That's why I added a golden ribbon surrounding the district.
