As the local tour guide to deliciousness, he featured across several of our channels, introducing our customers to the crème de la crème of global cuisine. We even created a Gousto hotel reception to bring the idea to life and immerse our customers even more.

The concept ran across multiple customer touchpoints, from print to digital and social. Depending on the channel’s requirements, we dialled up and down our use of the Culinary Concierge, leading with the food where it made more sense.
