Due to unprecedented growth and added exposure within Havas Group, Medicom
undertook the exciting process of refreshing their operations strategy.
I developed a new proposition based on ‘Open minds, limitless possibilities’.
Research into Hermann Rorschach inkblot tests, created to test patients’ psychological perceptions, became the inspiration.
The whole agency was encouraged to create their own inkblot using a multitude of paints,
inks even food! (tea, jam, Marmite and mustard were popular).
This engagement fuelled interest, and belief in the new strategy, but most importantly an understanding of individual perceptions.
