Whilst at Tesco we worked with a translation agency, that would translate the copy for our product packaging and instruction manuals.

We had an idea of creating a hub that the team could use allow them to access a data base of existing translations.

Here I put together process flows and talked with team members to decide if this would help their job roles. After carrying out this research we found that the time saved was not proportional to the costs involved to set up the translation hub.
