About me

Currently working for G-Forces Web Management Ltd as a key account manager, I know the industry well. G-Forces are the largest web development company in the South East and offer a range of service's including web design, content management, e-commerce, web marketing & hosting. Being someone that is enthusiastic about technology I have relished in the fast paced, ever changing environment.

Working in this position has provided me with all the skills required for this role. Knowledge of CSS, XHTML, Design, Microsoft office excel, word and project as well as hands on experience with Google ad words and analytics. Working with ecommerce solutions has provided me with extensive knowledge of Payment Service Providers including SECPay, Metacharge, Protx, DataCash and PayPal. I also have excellent communication skills working with third parties, clients at decision maker level face to face and co-workers on all levels.

My clients are spread over various industries however my nominated specialist sector has been the automotive industry. Beadles, Mr Clutch, Yeomans, Motorline and Masters Group are among the portfolio of clients I manage.

With any company I have dealt with I have found the best way to sell is to display measurable return on investment and to investigate them thoroughly to make sure the solutions we offer and commercial terms make sense for both parties, rather than rush in and bamboozle them with mindless sales talk. On the account management side I have found that my flexible personality and mixture of professionalism and good nature has given me the ability to build up strong rapports with my not only my colleagues but also the senior decision makers of large organisations.

I have enjoyed working for an SME company rather than a large organisation as it has given me a huge insight into every aspect of the web management business. I will always achieve and be recognised within this type of company due to my creative input and the fact that I always feel a responsibility to get things completed. I have come up with various different ideas for client's websites to help market their products and boost revenue through their websites which I would like to discuss with you given the opportunity.
