his office block was produced for the new industrial business park in Eastleigh. Architects commissioned the illustration for the new development as a sales and marketing promotion only. Using their plans a couple of views were drawn up, from a birds eye view looking down on it. But the chosen view was was at eye level so the perspective looked more imposing. Sometimes the alternatives can cause problems as looking from a distance with perspective and obstructions in view.

The finished illustration was produced in watercolour with pen at an A3 size.
