ABOUT
Challenge
Pacific Logistic is a container terminal in Vladivostok specializing in import and export flows from Korea, Japan, and China. The company provides a wide range of services: terminal operations, consolidation and deconsolidation, rail freight, wagon repairs, CFS warehouse operations, and more.
The client approached us with the goal of creating a corporate website that:
Clearly communicates the full scope of services.
Highlights the terminal’s key advantages.
Builds trust with multiple audiences — customers, partners, media, and employees.
Our Approach
Audience mapping — we identified the key user groups, from shippers and carriers to logistics partners and journalists.
Value definition — emphasized the terminal’s unique strengths: reinforced concrete surfaces, in-house rail tracks, heavy-duty equipment, and regular shipping lines.
Service-based navigation — developed dedicated landing pages for each core service: terminal operations, rail freight, container transshipment, consolidation/deconsolidation, wagon repairs, and more.
Digital services integration — added online request forms, personal accounts, and sections with fleet and rail schedules to make customer interaction faster and more convenient.
Solution
We designed a corporate website with a clean structure and clear visual identity:
Homepage as a hub — instantly showcasing services and benefits.
Intuitive navigation — ensuring every visitor quickly finds the information they need.
Modular service pages — describing capabilities, equipment, routes, and licensing (including dangerous goods).
Digital tools — online contracts, schedules, and application forms available in just a few clicks.
Result
The new site became a central point of engagement for clients and partners, boosting trust and brand recognition.
Improved user experience, with essential services and information now available quickly and clearly.
Positioned Pacific Logistic as a modern, reliable logistics operator, fully aligned with global market standards and ready to serve large-scale partners.
