Shinigami is a seasonless, ready-to wear, collection that draws inspiration from the Japanese mythology and culture. The ten-outfit collection is based on the Japanese spirit of death, Shinigami. The designs therefore draw inspiration from the darkness associated with the spirit’s temptation towards death. Variations of blacks and grays are the most prominent colors throughout the collection. Moreover, the shapes and volumes influenced by the Japanese kimono and monpe pants, were utilized to give the looks an oversized and voluminous appearance.
