Nextel specializes in push-to-talk mobile phones (radio), and it was
going to launch 3G technology for its mobile systems, but this was nothing new
for all the other players in the market. We had a big problem to solve.
Our only advantage was that everybody was unhappy with
the service provided by their mobile operators.

From that, we had the insight of “#1minutodecoragem” (in English, #1minuteofcourage),
where we encouraged our future consumers to change their lives and their mobile operators.
