Rex & Mariano is a new restaurant opening in Soho, London at the end of Nov. 2014
Rex has been brought in as a seafood consultant. We were asked to film a little doc to capture his character and approach to top quality seafood. He was a pleasure to hang out with and his fish was AMAZING!
