Rex & Mariano is a new restaurant opening in Soho, London at the end of Nov. 2014

Mariano has been brought in as a Sicilian ingredient consultant. He will help secure salt, lemons and olive oil for the restaurant.

We were asked to film a little doc to capture his character and approach to food. He was a pleasure to hang out with and the food we ate whilst travelling around Sicily was AMAZING!
