Dear Sir / Madam,
I am currently working at The Royal Institute of Navigation as their Digital Media Lead and Social Media Manager. My remit has been to revamp the organisation's Social Media presence and to attract a wider audience and increase membership.
I undertook a complete overhaul of the organisation's Twitter and Facebook internet presence and have managed to achieve substantial growth and reach on both of these platforms. I have been fully involved with the re-design and implementation of the organisation's new website, including the CRM and the back end website management interfaces.
I have a passion for Social Media and its impact on the modern world. I have extensive knowledge of Google analytics and website analytics and the production of Project Management reports to highlight the growth of Social Media reach and website interaction.
