I specialise in neuro-design and the measurement of emotions and non-conscious response to augment intuition for the creative industries. I enable the evaluation and optimisation of creativity & design to improve effectiveness in terms of consumer response.
Thom's career in international brand marketing and business consultancy has involved senior roles in FMPG, Media, Entertainment, Leisure & Technology. He has worked at GSK, Diageo and Disney and advised many others including Universal Studios, Unilever, PepsiCo, Red Bull & Tesco.
As a pioneer in the emerging field, he is credited with co-launching the world's first dedicated neuromarketing brand consultancy. He has spent much of the past 15 years collaborating with neuroscientists, technologists, researchers & marketers & designers around the globe developing new ways of evaluating branding & creativity to garner deeper insights and optimize effectiveness.
Thom's latest ventures, CloudArmy Inc. and NeuroStrata are dedicated to helping brand owners, insight businesses & creative agencies adopt, adapt and improve the application of science-led research techniques to marketing.
