Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories PVT. LTD. has taken up the first of its kind initiative in India to provide transparency across all their business processes and delight their business partners. As part of this initiative, DRL has conducted extensive workshops to identify all the concerns and needs of their key business partners, the suppliers.

Consolidating all the inputs derived from various supplier workshops, DRL team wanted to optimize their existing processes and automate all their Supply Chain transactions through appropriate customization of the latest SAP SRM called Vikreta Connect.

Along with automating all standard transactions like RFx, PO and Invoices, DRL wanted to delight the business partners by providing various value additions like BP Delight, P2P visibility report etc.

As part of the implementation of Vikreta Connect SAP SRM portal for suppliers, DRL has chosen Think Design as their design partner. During the period of this engagement, Think Design worked closely with the business and technology teams to identify the requirements and validate the designs. Think Design team has come up with a collaborative approach across every stage of design process like wireframes, visuals and HTMLs.
