Help raise awareness of Safety at Sea and encourage commercial fishermen to wear Personal Flotation Devices, not only to save lives but to recover bodies too. The client had a small budget, this was a way of maximising the spend and regionalising the message by using local seas and oceans to gain maximum impact.
