Horta is a newly opened Spanish restaurant in Amsterdam, serving the cuisines of Valencia and Catalonia in a modern, casual setting. The restaurant is the latest venture from Raul Lansink, founder of NAZKA — one of Amsterdam's most respected fine dining destinations.
