Hey, I'm THE NAPKIN Coach
I help individuals, leaders, and organizations identify opportunities, set goals, and change for the better.
I am a multi-cultural global professional with more than 28 years of corporate experience in areas such as business strategy, organizational design, talent management, and learning and development, among others.
There are three things I am passionate about: learning, solving problems, and helping others.
Over the years I was moved by my curiosity and willingness to learn new things and be more resourceful and equipped to solve more complex problems and situations and help others in the process.
In my willingness to help other people, I would immediately put on my 'problem-solving' hat and rush to find the best possible solution to their problems and get everything fixed for them. Sometimes, that worked, and other times it didn't, and it was not until recently, while learning more about coaching and practicing it more and more, that I came to see what may have not worked: I would quickly empathize with the people and their problems and would do everything I could to help them get through them and be in a better place, as fast as possible. The good intentions were there, for sure, but you know the saying...
That was when I was able to rethink my approach and The Napkin Coach came to be.
