The Department of Health and Human Service (HHS) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) declared the ongoing monkeypox outbreak in the United States a public health emergency on August 4th, 2022.

Responding to calls from healthcare professionals leading community engagement and awareness campaigns relating to the outbreak, The Mission Control has created a suite of Monkeypox cell culture images for use across regions and mediums.
