ABOUT
Challenge
Emerging from a global pandemic into a national healthcare crisis that has seen patient waiting times skyrocket due to shortages of staff and budgetary issues, compounded by an increase in the numbers of people looking treatment, Locate a Locum is leading a digital revolution that is reimagining how our national and private healthcare system works.
Appointed as brand guardians, our mission was to cut through the clutter and position Locate a Locum as the trusted, go-to solution for healthcare workers, public and private sector organisations.
Solution
Working in collaboration with the Locate a Locum marketing, digital IT and senior leadership team, we designed and developed a catalogue of customisable print and digital templates that would enable the brand to communicate consistently and relevantly with two distinct audiences.
Our goal was to build on the technical features of Locate a Locum to highlight the day-to-day capacity for the platform to place healthcare workers where they are most needed and to augment and amplify that with a business solution that provides healthcare workforce management across rotas, leave, time and attendance, payment, and reporting.
Equipping Locate a Locum with the brand collateral required to communicate effectively and consistently across platforms, the evolution of brand identity and assets reflect the spectrum of solutions offered to the healthcare sector.
Impact
The Locate a Locum platform and service model has been widely adopted throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland by healthcare professionals and the company is a trusted partner to Lloyds Pharmacy, Boots as well, Superdrug and the NHS.
