ABOUT
Cutting through a sea of sameness isn’t about shouting louder. It’s about standing differently.
So how do you change how clinical trial supplies are seen?
Simple - you use flamingos.
When Almac Clinical Services asked us to reposition its offering, the challenge wasn’t capability, it was perception. The market saw logistics. We saw something far more complex, precise and human.
Almac Clinical Services supports over 600 pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide, transporting temperature-controlled therapies where failure is not an option. This isn’t delivery. It’s decision-critical infrastructure.
We built a platform that made that distinction impossible to ignore.
The flamingo became our signal - an unexpected icon in a category defined by predictability. A metaphor for traditional logistics, but also a provocation: a way in to talk about nuance, care and specialism in a system that directly affects patients’ lives.
By disrupting the visual language of the sector, we created space for a deeper conversation. One that reframed Almac Clinical Services as a strategic partner, not a supplier. A business defined by expertise, foresight and responsibility, far beyond moving boxes from A to B.
The result was a campaign that corrected misconceptions, reshaped understanding and gave Almac Clinical Services a distinctive voice in a market that desperately needed one.
Sometimes, the fastest way to be understood is to stand on one leg.
