ABOUT
Mini-brains or as they are better known, neural organoids are hPSC derived three dimensional in-vitro culture systems that replicate the development and organisation processes of a developing human brain.
These mini-brains offer a physiologically relevant in-vitro 3D brain model that can be used in the study of neurological development and disease processes unique to the human nervous system and already play a significant role in the study of human brain development and neurological disorders ranging from autism to schizophrenia.
Tasked with creating a suite of visual representations depicting neural organoids that could be used in scientific and medical comms, our team worked closely with the client’s science team to create a series of images that were then enhanced and adjusted using a combination of AI and 3D model rendering to correct colour, texture, and lighting to deliver a cinematic finish.
