Based on the style from our previous campaign for General Electric China - Today's Future we received a brief from Procontra to create a series of five key visuals for new GE's Oil & Gas HR campaign. We wanted to portrait long time employees as heroes for different specialities/equipments. To make it happen we started with traditional painting of all people based on their actual photos and pencil sketches of the backgrounds. Once done we moved on to digital art and digital painting phase to add beautiful touch and modern look to whole campaign.
